We had Creative Design to design, undertake building alterations and fit a new kitchen and utility room. It was important to us that we used someone who could undertake the entire project from start to finish which is exactly what they provided - Helen Joule designed the kitchen in conjunction with Andy Murray who assessed what was feasible with regard to building alterations and then managing all the building work and trades. In coming to a decision on kitchen units, worktops and flooring Creative Design have a beautifully fitted showroom in Hazel Grove enabling you to view and see a wide range of options, and then having your choices input into a computer programme which provides a good visual of how everything will look - having everything in one place made it easy to make confident choices. In terms of the project it was managed impeccably with weekly updates from Lucy and Emma as to who would attend (builders, joiners, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, and kitchen fitters) and when, with Andy overseeing all aspects of the job. Every single person that worked on the project was both lovely and good at their job, and always punctual and reliable. Any questions or queries were promptly addressed with a few on job tweaks undertaken seamlessly. The completed project was everything, and more, than we envisaged possible and needless to say we are absolutely delighted with the outcome, the quality, and the outstanding customer service. Andy, Helen and the team are exceptional at what they do and would highly recommend them. Thank you very much.

Creative Design and Build have completely remodelled and renovated the downstairs of our house and we are so pleased with the end result. Highly recommend both Creative Design and Build and sister company Prescott and Joule kitchens. The huge benefit of the service they offer is that they do the entire project from start to finish. Helen joule, who is thoroughly wonderful, designed the most beautiful kitchen, and Andy project managed all the building work and trades. Andy is a total saint, with huge buckets of patience, nothing was too much trouble. He managed and organised builders, joiners, electricians, plasterers, plumbers, kitchen fitters - and it was truly seamless, with services coming and going as and when required. This is the benefit of using a wonderful local business and a one stop service. All the staff working for them were always on time, reliable, trustworthy and professional. Lucy and Emma in the office responded immediately to messages and were hugely helpful with lots of patience (esp when I changed my mind about what I wanted…). We got weekly itineraries and daily messages from Andy, who is super organised and just such a nice man. Honestly this project was a total dream and they have created the most wonderful kitchen diner for us. We’ve been totally blown away by the quality of the work and the customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of work. Can’t wait to get my pictures on!!

Following on from my kitchen Andy and his team renovated my hall and porch, new doors and flooring. Brilliant job, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! We had Creative Design and Build create a small extension with bi-folds to our kitchen which has made a huge difference to our living space! They are the most organised, tidy and ‘on schedule’ builders I have ever met or heard of! We were cutting it fine as we were due a baby the week after completion but everything was kept on time and we were informed of each part of the project as it happened! They managed everything so it was as stress-free as possible! Every single person that worked on the project was lovely and brilliant at what they do, special mention to Dan, George, Tony, Lewie, Sam and Jordan who all played a massive part in creating our dream kitchen! And of course Andy who brings everything together! He is amazing! Thank you so much!
