Our Process

All projects no matter how big or small will begin with a site visit from the business owners, Helen and Andy. The free no obligation site visit allows us to gain a good understanding of what you are looking for in your home, and how best to optimise your space.

Whether it’s a new kitchen or bedroom you’re looking for, or something more niche such as a media wall or boot room, our expert designers will work hard to create the perfect design to meet all your expectations. At this point we can involve architect plans if required, ensuring all necessary procedures are fulfilled.

Once the design has been drafted, we will invite you into our Great Moor based showroom to present this to you. Here you can make any changes to the plan until it meets all your requirements. During this meeting we will also discuss your quote and answer any questions you may have, before handing over the quote and CAD design photos for you to take home and show to family and friends.

At Creative Design and Build we understand what an upheaval it can be having any kind of home renovation work done, so we make it our priority to minimise the disruption to you and your family. We work closely with each trade to ensure the project runs smoothly, organising each stage of work with precise timings which will always be clearly communicated to you. With everything completely project managed, our goal is to provide you with a stress-free experience when observing your home transformation.

Our experienced and knowledgeable trades team strive to deliver the highest quality of work possible whilst being consistently respectful of your home. They work in a timely manner to a schedule set by us, and communicate effectively with both you and with us to maintain that seamless process. Part P and Gas Safe certificates are provided where required as standard. Any project requiring building control will also receive the necessary final certificate to sign off the project.

Customer satisfaction is imperative to us throughout the entire project, and this doesn’t change once your project is coming to an end. We always strive for perfection, therefore pride ourselves in being committed to every customer being delighted with their home renovation. We understand how important aftersales care is so we’re more than happy to help resolve any snags you may have, even if this is further down the line.
